it sounds you barely know anything about rap. BTS has a good rapline, but firstly they're of different levels of skill amongst themselves. you can't just lump them all together especially when this is a "list" looking at individual rappers. rap monster and suga are better and recognised by the underground community, whereas j-hope ('skilled' as he is) is not.

you've completely missed out on some of the more respected rappers like iKON's bobby (and bi.i), and monsta x's jooheon and i.m. the fact that chanyeol is there and they are not is an atrocity itself. exo's been notorious for having the standard 'idol rapper' skills. namely, nothing special other than slightly faster than average speed or an interesting vocal tone.

the khiphop community recognise mino, bobby, and zico as some of the best currently promoting idol rappers (zico is no longer considered an idol per se, he's an artiste and a producer and highly respected and deserves the top spot.)

this is just incredibly biased. even ignoring and omitting the rappers you've missed out, g-dragon and top are legends. doom dada is one of the most impressive mixtapes/solos ever released by an idol rapper, and gdragon's production skills and language play is similarly incredible.

i understand that BTS is popular, but popularity is not testament to skill. i'm guessing you're some blindsided army.
